Illustration Friday – Slither – #32

I haven’t done an Illustration Friday topic in awhile, so I decided to take a stab at this week’s topic – Slither. There is a Metallica song called Slither, but this piece really isn’t based on that. I figured a lot of people might do snakes for this one. I started thinking about something slithering out of a sewer cover in a street, and that’s what led to this piece. Kind of like Stephen King’s It, which always freaked me out.
